Terms of Service
Last updated: June 8, 2026
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Ironhand Social Media, available at socialmedia.ironhand.org. By creating an account, connecting a social media profile, uploading content, scheduling a post, or otherwise using the platform, the user agrees to follow these requirements.
Account Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting login credentials, and ensuring that all connected social media accounts are owned or lawfully managed by the user. Users must promptly remove any account connection that they are no longer authorized to manage.
Authorized Platform Use
The platform may only be used for lawful social media management, content preparation, scheduling, publishing, reporting, and related business workflows. Users must comply with all rules, community standards, developer policies, advertising rules, content standards, and publishing requirements of each connected social platform.
Content Responsibility
Users remain solely responsible for text, media, captions, links, hashtags, commercial disclosures, scheduling choices, and any other material submitted through the platform. Users must not submit content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, abusive, harmful, deceptive, or otherwise prohibited by applicable platform rules.
Connected Social Accounts
When a user connects a social account, the platform may use the authorization granted by that user to display profile details, validate publishing options, upload media, and perform user-directed publishing actions. The user may revoke access through the connected platform or by disconnecting the account within the dashboard where available.
Publishing and Availability
Publishing features depend on external platform APIs, user permissions, network availability, media requirements, review status, account eligibility, and rate limits. The platform does not guarantee that every post, upload, schedule, account connection, or API action will complete successfully.
Prohibited Conduct
Users must not attempt unauthorized access, abuse automated workflows, interfere with platform security, upload malware, scrape restricted areas, misrepresent identity or authority, violate intellectual property rights, evade platform limits, or use the service for spam, harassment, fraud, or unlawful activity.
Payments and Plans
Paid features, plan limits, billing cycles, renewals, and cancellations are governed by the pricing and checkout information shown at the time of purchase or subscription management. Access to certain features may be limited by plan level, usage limits, or external platform approval status.
Suspension and Termination
Access may be limited, suspended, or terminated if a user violates these requirements, creates operational risk, causes security concerns, fails to pay required fees, or uses the platform in a way that may harm the service, other users, or connected platforms.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. External platform APIs, review decisions, account eligibility, content moderation outcomes, and publishing availability are controlled by third parties and may change without notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ironhand Social Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, failed publishing, platform restrictions, or third-party account actions.
Updates
These requirements may be updated when business, legal, operational, security, or platform requirements change. Continued use of the service after an update means the user accepts the updated requirements.
Contact
Questions about these requirements may be sent through the contact options available on socialmedia.ironhand.org.
